All orders are final sale. Because each piece is fully-customized and we have limited daily production slots, returns and refunds are not accepted. If you need to swap your uploaded photo, please message us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Production normally takes 2-4 weeks. Every portrait is hand-crafted, and high order volumes extend artist lead-times. Shipping transit times: US: 2-4 business days. All other countries: 10-15 business days.
